Rangers Supporting Rangers

Rangers Supporting Rangers (RSR) provides food support to district students and families with a financial need - bringing together a diverse group of individuals and organizations partnering to meet this need. Students in the district’s STEP program play a significant role in the packing and distribution of food packs while also gaining vocational skills.

Rangers Supporting Rangers works closely with Forest Lake Area Schools, Family Pathways, local churches and The Sheridan Story to fund and coordinate food distribution. We also rely on individual donors who provide essential support for the day-to-day operations of the program.
 

Rangers Supporting Rangers is a 501(c)(3) organization. Financial donations are tax deductible and 100% of donations are used to support this project. Rangers Supporting Rangers is a volunteer organization.
 

Financial Donations:
To support this program make checks to “Rangers Supporting Rangers” and send to 200 SW 4th St, Forest Lake, MN 55025 C/O Nicole Flaherty. To sponsor a student for an entire school year the cost is $129.
 

Food Donations:
The Forest Lake Family Pathways accepts food donations for this program, indicate that you are dropping off donations for the Forest Lake backpack program. We need cereal bars, individual cereals, pop tarts, oatmeal, cans of fruit and veggies, cans of soups, individual meal cups, etc.
